Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 39 CRNAs at Banner University Medical Center.
• Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice.
• We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
• Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

• Enjoy 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually.
• Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off.
• Minimal call responsibilities, with opportunities to pick up extra shift coverage if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physicians act in a supervisory role but enjoy a good amount of clinical work performed independently.
• Banner University Medical Center is a nationally recognized and busy 733-bed academic Level I Trauma Center and is one of Arizonas leading hospitals.

Rewards and Benefits:

• Compensation: Guaranteed compensation at $435k for W2 or $460k for 1099. Sign-on and quality bonus of $25,000 available.
