About the Role:

We are seeking an Assembler is responsible for assembling components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. This role ensures products meet company specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations. The Assembler plays a critical role in maintaining production flow, accuracy, and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions.
• Assemble parts, tools, and materials into finished products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production, including counts, scrap, and time.
• Report defective parts, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Skills:

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer/data entry skills (for production recording).
