Position Summary
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and provides executive leadership across the organization’s core administrative functions. This role oversees Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities operations, ensuring they are mission-aligned, scalable, and responsive to organizational growth. The CAO is responsible for driving operational excellence, building cross-functional alignment, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and values-based workplace culture.
