About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to serve as the senior leader responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic management of the facility. The CAO will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and achieve financial and operational goals. This role involves close collaboration with the governing board, physicians, and corporate leadership to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and foster a positive organizational culture. The successful candidate will be the primary executive representative, playing a critical role in community engagement, physician relations, and overall organizational success. Key responsibilities for the CAO include providing leadership for daily operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and overseeing financial management. The role also requires the fostering of a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence, as well as the recruitment and retention of department leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive hospital leadership experience. Proven expertise in managing complex healthcare organizations, particularly in a for-profit environment, is highly desirable. The CAO must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and financial acumen, and be a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
