The Oregon Network Finance Officer will work from Adventist Health Portland, and have financial accountabilities for Adventist Health Tillamook and Adventist Health Columbia Gorge.

We are comprised of a 49-bed hospital, various medical offices, home health, a birthing center and a vast scope of services located throughout The Dalles and the surrounding areas. Job Summary:
The finance officer is a senior financial leader for Adventist Health with specific financial accountabilities for key markets, facilities and system-wide functions. As a member of the senior financial leadership team, this role supports the long-term sustainability of the Adventist Health organization by managing the financial position and performance of the system across markets, facilities and business models. This role provides leadership and direction to strategies, tactics, long-range forecasting, and overall efforts to continually improve the operations and financial results of Adventist Health. The position partners with key market and facility leadership to establish financial objectives and strategies that allows Adventist Health to accomplish its mission and vision by ensuring leaders have appropriate financial information to make informed decisions and monitor progress towards established financial objectives and strategies. Specific responsibilities include managing and directing the financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, decision support, financial liquidity and position, productivity metrics and reporting, capital affordability and stewardship and reimbursement strategies. Serve as a key member of the facility and market senior management team on overall strategies.
