About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, a proven track record in financial management, and a deep understanding of agricultural practices, particularly in the cultivation of permanent crops. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a company culture that aligns with the organization's mission and vision. Proficiency in project management and a fast-learning, proactive approach to problem-solving are also required.
