Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

• Provide clinical expertise and educational leadership to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement educational initiatives.
• Facilitate project teams to improve systems and processes within ECHN.
• Assess and monitor the quality of care for specific patient populations.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A BSN from an accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to maintaining clinical competency and confidentiality.
