Description


Our client, who is a manufacturer in Corydon, IN, is looking to add a member to their customer service team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and emails
• Set up customer accounts
• Enter orders into various systems
• Create spreadsheets for special events
• Assist other departments when needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Experience with Logistics & EDI & order entry preferred
• Able to plan and be well organized
• Able to orally communicate as well as write
• Must be able to show good attendance
• Computer and typing skills
• Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office programs

Job Details and Compensation:

• Pay- $18-20/hr based on experience
• Shift time and days- 8AM-4:30PM M-F
• This position requires assessment on the following subjects: Excel, Typing, Attention to Detail, & Problem Solving
