We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support our Canadian members during the busy holiday shopping season. This role is primarily focused on email support (90%) with some live chat (10%), helping online shoppers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
Clarify and resolve customer complaints and support requests.
Update customer accounts and records based on interactions.
Identify and communicate trends or recurring issues to leadership.
Recommend process improvements and contribute to team training.
Coordinate with merchant affiliate networks and extend member bonuses when applicable.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:15 AM–2:45 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Shift Coverage:
2 reps working Tuesday–Saturday
2 reps working Sunday–Thursday
(4 openings per shift)
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in email/chat support.
Familiarity with internet shopping and online stores.
Ability to navigate the internet and use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V).
Typing speed of 50+ WPM (typing test required).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
