We’re Hiring: Dance Teacher with Special Needs Experience
We’re looking for a passionate and patient Dance Instructor to join our inclusive kids gym team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children of all abilities and has experience adapting dance to meet sensory, developmental, or physical needs.
Responsibilities:
– Lead engaging and adaptive dance classes for children ages 4–12
– Create a safe, supportive, and joyful environment for all participants
– Modify movements and routines to meet individual abilities
– Collaborate with staff to align classes with sensory-friendly practices
– Communicate positively with parents and caregivers
Qualifications:
– Experience teaching dance to children (required)
– Background working with children with autism, developmental delays, or other special needs (strongly preferred)
– Creative, kind, energetic, and dependable
