DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR/SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR
This position is an in-office position, therefore, candidates must be local to the Cincinnati area. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The Mayerson JCC provides the Jewish and secular communities of Greater Cincinnati with resources, facilities, and programs which enhance their physical, intellectual, and social lives. The JCC helps to foster social connections between its members and guests alike, bringing people together through a wide variety of programs and events. With a state-of-the-art fitness center, highly regarded early childhood and senior centers, top arts and cultural events, and classes for every age, the JCC connects, enriches, and inspires over 27,000 visitors per month. Position Summary
The Database Administrator/Sales Force Administrator provides administrative and technical support, manages and optimizes the JCC’s Traction Rec (TracRec) application on the Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports business processes and user needs. This position is responsible for user management, data configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting, while also staying current with Traction Rec/Salesforce updates and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform adoption. The position will also assist the IT Department with Help Desk Level 1 and Level 2 support as needed.
More About The Role
Key Responsibilities of the position include:
TracRec Database Management: Maintaining and updating the TracRec and NPSP systems, including program information, facility details, payments, and user data.
Registration and Payment Processing: Handling participant registrations, program fees, and other financial transactions through TracRec and NPSP.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting TracRec and NPSP issues, providing support to users, and collaborating with technical staff.
Facility and Program Support: Assisting with scheduling activities, managing facility access, and supporting program operations.
Communication: Communicating with staff, participants, and the public regarding recreation programs, events, and TracRec information.
Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, such as data entry, report generation, and record keeping.
Training and Documentation: Providing training to staff on TracRec and NPSP usage and maintaining relevant documentation.
Customer Service: Assisting with member and staff inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to services.
Reporting and Analytics: Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and performance.
Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect sensitive data within Salesforce.
Candidates Should Have The Following Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in data management/analytics, Information Technology or related field is preferred
Experience with TracRec/Salesforce or similar software, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
Strong computer skills: Proficiency in data entry, report generation, MS365, and general computer usage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, participants, and the public.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
Customer service experience: Experience in providing support and assistance to customers or users.
Team Player: Ability to work as a Team and to be flexible as situations arise.
