Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Editor in Chief. The Editor in Chief will oversee the editorial content, set the editorial direction, and ensure the quality and accuracy of published stories. They will manage editorial staff, collaborate with other departments, and make final decisions on the publication of articles. The role involves editing, writing, and providing feedback, as well as upholding journalistic integrity and standards.

Qualifications

• Editorial oversight and staff management experience
• Strong editing, writing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to develop and execute editorial strategies
• Excellent understanding of digital media and journalism ethics
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience in data analysis and audience engagement
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Experience in investigative reporting is a plus
