General Job Description: We are seeking multiple experienced Encompass Admin/Developers for 6+ month fully remote contract roles. These positions will support configuration and development efforts for Encompass Web across Retail, Correspondence, and a newly formed HELOC-focused team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience with Encompass configuration, including web settings, with a strong understanding of plugins, public APIs, and JavaScript. Preferred candidates will also bring familiarity with mortgage processes, business requirements documentation, UAT, and Agile tools such as Jira. This role is best suited for proactive, collaborative professionals who can work independently without requiring micromanagement. Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience configuring Encompass settings 6+ months of hands-on experience with Encompass Web settings Proficient in JavaScript and knowledgeable in Encompass plugins Experience with Encompass public APIs (Developer Connect/Webhooks not required) Solid understanding of mortgage operations, with prior end-user experience preferred Preferred experience with BRD creation, UAT in mortgage environments, and Agile tools such as Digital AI and Jira Newbold Advisors, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer.
