SUMMARY:
The Office Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff and leadership, coordinating office activities, and maintaining organized systems and processes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and professional workplace experience for both internal teams and external visitors.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PERCENT
Primary: Managing daily administrative tasks 30%
Assist with HR/OM side per request by Director and Supervisor 20%
General assistance to President, Expats, with HQ 20%
Special projects – i.e. company events 10%
Risk & Safety – program management 10%
Other assistance duties as necessary 10%

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Bilingual (Japanese / English) highly preferred, but not required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience
Other: Computer proficiency required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
