Minimum education qualification A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have: 1-4 years of experience or education in developing in DotNet environment Experience supporting production web, SaaS, Cloud or server/client applications Experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or DevOps environment Knowledge of database concepts and SQL Knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub repositories and pipelines Application operational triage, troubleshooting, maintenance/support and customer engagement critical business services Experience with programming concepts or enterprise scripting such PowerShell or Python Familiar with cloud concepts (Azure preferably) and services that support applications and application integration Experience in building or supporting webservices, REST APIs and monitoring solutions Perform system, infrastructure and cloud function PaaS analysis to evaluate messages, database and application performance Design and implement solutions that improve functionality, performance and efficiencies within applications and monitoring Analyzing existing processes, support models, monitoring, previous automation and tools, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancements or automated trigger, alert and remediation opportunities Ability to collaborate under high pressure incident events where multiple team coordinate on remediation efforts across technology towers Excellent teamwork and communication skills Problem Solver!
