SUMMARY:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce platform. This role ensures the CRM system operates effectively to meet business needs and user expectations. The Junior Salesforce Administrator contributes to data integrity, user training, system configuration, and supports key business processes by leveraging Salesforce tools and integrated software including Valamis, Tableau, CRM Analytics, ChapterSpot, and greekbill.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to support organizational goals. Perform basic configuration changes within Salesforce, such as creating custom fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Support the onboarding and training of new Salesforce users. Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues and escalate more complex problems to Salesforce Administrator as needed. Partner with Membership Data Support Specialist to ensure data quality and help enforce data governance policies. Assist in maintaining documentation for processes, workflows, and training materials. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and new features relevant to the organization. Performs other related duties as assigned Salesforce user support ticket resolution time. Accuracy and completeness of Salesforce data. Number of reports/dashboards created to support business units. User adoption and satisfaction scores from internal surveys. Timeliness of completed system updates or configuration changes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or CRM support. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Project Planner. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred or in progress.
