Move Forward with Hiregenics! Hiregenics is immediately hiring for Lab Technician, in Piscataway, NJ . As a Lab Technican you will: Job Summary: The Lab Technician will support oral care formulation development through in-vitro testing, stability assessments, and lab equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-vitro testing and follow aging SOPs to assess formula stability • Maintain, monitor, validate, and calibrate lab equipment • Prepare reports and communicate test progress and completion • Maintain accurate records and documentation Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering-related field or equivalent lab experience • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Good communication and organizational skills Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Must Clear pre-employment process - Drug Screen and background Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week) Pay Rate: $18.52 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Hiregenics offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
