Base pay range $25.00/yr - $30.00/yr Landscape Foreman – Full-Time Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour (higher pay available based on experience) About Us We are a locally licensed landscape contractor based in Honolulu, serving both residential and commercial clients primarily in-town. Our services include landscape maintenance, installation, and design. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew and ensure the highest standards of service and craftsmanship on every job. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members Perform and oversee tasks such as: Mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning Irrigation system maintenance and installation Lighting installation and maintenance Bed care and full landscape installation Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule Maintain strong customer service standards on-site Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive work environment Complete daily service reports and communicate updates to the supervisor Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with professionalism Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience (required) Prior experience managing employees or leading a crew (required) Irrigation and lighting installation/repair experience (preferred) Skilled with landscaping tools including weed eaters, string trimmers, and edgers Strong time management and decision-making skills Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, dust, and noise Must be at least 18 years old and maintain a safe, drug-free work approach Valid driver's license (required) Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays 40 hours per week Benefits include: Health insurance Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: 40/week Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management and Manufacturing Get notified about new Landscape Manager jobs in Honolulu, HI .
