Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Interviewers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews over the phone to gather valuable data for various research projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse populations. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with others and have a passion for market research.

Duties

• Conduct telephone interviews with participants to collect data for research studies.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for respondents.
• Accurately enter data collected during interviews into our database.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines during data collection.
• Provide feedback on the interview process to help improve methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in market research interviewing is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our outreach capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to data collection and analysis.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
