Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling industrial paint shakers and mixers. You will begin in an entry-level cell, assembling a one-gallon shaker machine, with opportunities to advance into different cells. Your tasks will include hooking wires, placing buttons and stickers, running power cords through frames, and fastening components using a cordless drill and a Phillips screwdriver. You will follow detailed work instructions with pictures to ensure accuracy in assembly.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly of industrial paint shakers and mixers.
Begin work in an entry-level cell focusing on a one-gallon shaker machine.
Hook wires, place buttons and stickers on machines.
Run power cords through machine frames and secure components with nuts and bolts.
Utilize a cordless drill and Phillips screwdriver for assembly tasks.
Follow detailed work instructions with visual aids.
Essential Skills
Experience using screwdrivers, drills, and other power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Mechanical aptitude and general labor skills.
Minimum of 6 months in a production/manufacturing assembly environment preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined individuals encouraged to apply.
Experience in using torque tools and tape measures.
Ability to lift 45-50lbs.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment on the 1st shift (Monday to Friday) from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Enjoy 15-minute breaks at 8:30am and 1:00pm, with lunch from 11:00am to 11:30am. Employees are allowed to wear headphones while working. Eye protection is not required. The company is open to hiring two part-time employees working 15-20 hours a week, between 6am-2:30pm with a consistent schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
