Our client is searching for a NetSuite Consultant to help organize, implement, and optimize the Projects and Services workflows within NetSuite, with a strong focus on automation and integration. The NetSuite Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design streamlined, scalable systems that reduce manual work, improve visibility into project profitability, and support long-term growth. Responsibilities As a NetSuite Consultant, lead or support the implementation of the NetSuite Projects module to meet business needs, emphasizing automation and integration. Analyze current project management workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies such as manual % of completion updates and fragmented project tracking. Projects are managed separately without standardized processes or visibility. As a NetSuite Consultant, design and implement automated processes to integrate data across Salesforce, Salego, and NetSuite, including creation of standardized project templates. Current project data is fragmented and manually updated, consuming significant time. Work with internal teams to understand requirements, especially around complex commission structures and data demands. The NetSuite Consultant will collaborate closely with Solutions and Services leadership to ensure a successful implementation. Partner with Accounting to improve visibility into cost of completion, revenue recognition, and profitability. Support adoption and training efforts for Services staff, encouraging ownership of the implementation and process improvement. As a NetSuite Consultant, advise on best practices for managing projects in NetSuite within a professional services and cybersecurity software implementation environment. Desired Experience Proven expertise as a NetSuite Consultant, with a strong understanding of the NetSuite Projects module and advanced workflows. Experience designing and implementing automation and integrations with CRM and quoting systems such as Salesforce. Familiarity with professional services business models, including % of completion accounting. Knowledge of software / SaaS billing processes, commission management, and service delivery tracking.
