Job Description:
Midway Staffing is now hiring Pick/Packers in Windgap, PA! This is a great opportunity to join a well-established team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Pick/Packer, you’ll be responsible for selecting and packing items accurately and efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on order tickets or scanners

• Pack items securely for shipment or storage

• Prepare, label, and stage completed orders for distribution

• Maintain clean and organized workstations

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with inventory counts and restocking when needed

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment

• Basic computer or scanner skills a plus
