Shift:

4 x 10 Monday - Thursday

2nd shift - 3:30pm - 2am

Friday is voluntary OT day.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide range of power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws) and hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) to perform production tasks.

• Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly using technical tools such as micrometers.

• Comfortable or willing to use and be around a wide variety of power tools including drills, saws, and expanders.

• Willingness and readiness to use and learn a variety of machines including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General labor skills.

• Ability to read and work with schematics.

• Experience with soldering assembly.

Work Environment

This fully air-conditioned manufacturing and production facility spans roughly 200k square feet and includes CNC machines, a crating division, benders, saws, and more. The professional atmosphere is complemented by two spacious break rooms offering free snacks and electrolyte drinks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
