Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting high-quality, diverse candidates—especially for hard-to-fill roles in manufacturing and other niche markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver top talent while enhancing the employer brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and business goals.
• Represent the organization professionally, helping to strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice.
• Create and execute innovative and competitive sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and markets.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in an agency or high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven success in recruiting for manufacturing or similarly challenging roles in competitive talent markets.
