The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a team of Property Managers and onsite staff. What We Are Looking for:

Hallmark Management is looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager in the greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

Property Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the designated region.
  • Monitor property performance metrics such as occupancy rates, leasing activity, and revenue generation.
  • Implement strategies to maximize property profitability and asset value.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to property managers and support staff within the region.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure high team morale and productivity.

Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations.
  • Ensure excellent tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Implement tenant retention strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize tenant retention rates.

Property Maintenance and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all properties within the region meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to uphold property aesthetics and functionality.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget for each property within the region.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, financials, and operational activities for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, contracts, and other pertinent documents.

Requirements:

  • LIHTC/HUD experience preferred
  • Has managed 4+ properties or 1,000 units at a time.
  • Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and leasing practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
