Regional Property Manager – Family Section 8 Division

Location: Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Charge : Oversee multiple communities with confidence—balancing day-to-day operations with big-picture goals.

  • Drive Results : Manage budgets, financial reporting, and market trend analysis to ensure strong property performance.

  • Coordinate Everything : From leasing to maintenance to marketing, you’ll make sure each piece of the puzzle fits perfectly.

  • Manage Renovations : Oversee property rehab projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

  • Build Trust : Maintain strong, transparent relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and strategic insights.

  • Ensure Compliance : Keep up with all relevant regulations and make sure safety and fairness are always top priorities.

  • Support Growth : Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to pre-development initiatives.

  • Travel Requirements : Regular travel is required to oversee properties across Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina , ensuring consistent performance and support across all communities.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of Regional Property Manager expierence.

  • At least 5 years in Property Management with proven leadership experience - Must have LIHTC/HUD experience.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

  • CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA regulations, and EEOC guidelines.
