The Salesforce Application Administrator I will be part of a team that supports the ongoing development of our Salesforce organization, playing a key role in the administration, configuration, and maintenance. The incumbent will implement and maintain Salesforce solutions that balance the business needs with technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems. This position engages all key stakeholders to develop and execute scalable processes for future growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and provide ongoing training on the organization's Salesforce platform.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce applications, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving end-user problems in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide support to the Salesforce user base, encompassing configuration fixes, enhancements, system maintenance, and updates.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems or applications, collaborating with teams to develop or maintain processes to continuously improve data quality, processing integrity, and productivity.
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues within Salesforce.
  • Create, update, and manage Salesforce Support Cases, including researching available documentation, clearly defining issues, and actively working with Salesforce support to resolve cases.
  • Partner with Senior Salesforce Administrators, BSA's and Product Owner to drive solutions while collaborating with multiple teams and business units.
  • Set up and/or update user records in Salesforce for new and existing users, which includes but is not limited to their profile, permission sets, roles, license management, and cost tracking.
  • Design and develop Salesforce UI/configuration based on business requirements and enhance the system accordingly.
  • Support with administrator testing and user training.
  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives related to Salesforce.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Information Technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience in an Enterprise-level environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred.
  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud highly preferred. Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Must be familiar with Agile/SCRUM framework, creating user stories, requirement specifications, defects, training documentation, user manuals, and commits.
  • Must be familiar with performing bulk data loads using Data Loader and/or other approved data load tools.
  • Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a solution mindset and desire to learn and upskill.
  • Must be able to thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops processes is preferred.

Salary Range: $62,918.00 - $103,365.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
