Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget, and to quality standards
+ Manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing installation
+ Collaborate with clients to define scope, schedule, and risk mitigation
+ Oversee project cost systems, labor planning, and subcontractor performance
+ Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services
+ Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and schedule reviews
+ Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
+ Promote a culture of safety through training, investigation, and field support
+ Mentor and support field teams including foremen and superintendents

Qualifications -

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 7 or more years of mechanical project management experience, preferably in HVAC/plumbing
+ Expertise in job costing, estimating, scheduling, and project controls
+ Proven ability to lead teams and navigate high-pressure environments
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
+ Proficient with construction software, safety practices, and documentation standards
