Job Description The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned program within our New Way/ABI division. They will work under the direction of the Program Coordinator to uphold the highest standards for all people receiving services. About our program: After acquiring a brain injury through trauma or stroke, or surviving a life-altering illness, an individual must adapt to life in a new way. A person’s life has been dramatically changed, with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional changes. Managing these changes successfully requires time and support from others to learn new ways of doing everyday things. MHA’s individualized programming through New Way assists people in reclaiming abilities, developing skills, preparing for employment, and re-engaging with family, friends, and community. Full-time, 40 hours, Schedule TBD Plan and organize shifts using effective communication, shift-planning sheets, and regular updates with the Floating Supervisor. Maintain program scheduling and ensure staffing ratios are adequate at all times. Monitor substance counts, medication ordering, posting, and verifying medications. Oversee money counts, petty cash, and check requests in collaboration with the Program Coordinator. Assist the program coordinator in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Track daily progress on medications, ISP goals, behavior, and mobility exercises. Ensure all medical appointments, therapies, visiting nurse appointments, and community engagements are scheduled and met. Model positive participant engagement and advocacy, balancing direct support with opportunities for independence. Report maintenance issues to the Program Coordinator as needed. Documentation

  • Communicate and report issues, concerns, or incidents promptly to the Program Coordinator.
  • Complete required documentation related to incidents within mandated timelines.

  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and other scheduled trainings. Maintain required certifications and pursue additional training for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the community-based flexible supports' vision. Demonstrate professionalism, good interpersonal skills, and organization to meet participants' and program goals.
Requirements Valid driver’s license, sufficient automobile insurance, an acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle for work hours. At least 21 years old. Ability to pass a background and CORI check. Minimum of six months relevant experience, preferably with individuals with brain injuries, mental health challenges, or developmental disabilities.
