The Pauma Band of Mission Indian’s Store Managers bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and building a meeting place in their communities. Their work goes beyond a perfectly made beverage by delighting and uplifting customers through a human connection. Requirements:We will enable you, leveraging your retail experience, to autonomously:
· Grow a successful, multi-million dollar business: drive sales leveraging your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for partners and customers
· Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through effective staffing, training, and scheduling
· Inspire and develop a team of baristas and shift supervisors through coaching and performance management
· Uphold Starbucks’ mission and values, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
· Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness standards
· Act as a brand ambassador in the community and foster strong customer relationships
