Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
## Duties
- Run the Hockey strength training program.
- Design personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
## Qualifications
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Experience working with students is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
