This position is part of the IT department and focuses on Oracle ERP, primarily the Oracle Financials domain and related modules. Responsibilities Participate in multiple phases of supporting and implementing ERP initiatives Progressively take responsibility for gap analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design with functional users Provide technical guidance and vision for the ongoing transformation of our ERP environment toward more cloud- and SaaS-based systems Develop and deliver efficient solutions along with a regular cadence of supporting existing systems, enhancements, fixes, and ad hoc requests Coordinate and mentor the offshore support team, improving productivity and ensuring quality deliverables while keeping systems and assets secure Essential requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in design and development of Oracle ERP Applications Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand functional requirements and deliver technical designs, documentation, and timely solutions Superior analytical and evaluative abilities applied to proactively solving problems and navigating complex situations Experience with Oracle Financials system flows and core modules such as Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and Contracts/Lease Management; knowledge of Order Management and related modules is a plus Expert in core Oracle ERP tech stack including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Shell Script, XML, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) Preferred qualifications Exposure to Oracle Cloud stack of products or ability to quickly upskill and drive initiatives in related areas Experience with web technologies and web API services (SOAP and REST); optional skills in Java or JavaScript Knowledge of tools like Optio, Oracle Apex, BPEL, and SOA Compensation and benefits The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. This range is provided in good faith and may be modified. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned and vested.
