Elkhorn Marketing Group is a full-service marketing company that serves Wealth Management Advisors and their leadership teams across the country. Launched in January of 2024, we provide social media, graphic design, website services, and a number of other marketing strategies to high-performing Advisors, Recruiters, and CEOs.

We are seeking a Web & Design Specialist to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for bringing strong design skills together with hands-on coding knowledge to build digital and print experiences for our clients.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

• Designing and building custom websites on platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
• Coding and designing HTML-based assets , including Outlook-friendly email signatures and newsletter templates.
• Creating engaging, brand-aligned graphics and layouts for both digital and print projects.
• Designing slide presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Updating and maintaining existing client websites with design and functionality enhancements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure creative work supports client goals.
• Supporting additional design and marketing projects as our fast-growing business evolves.

We are seeking a talented professional with 3–5 years of experience in both design and web development.

Essential skills for this role include:

• Proficiency in HTML & CSS with proven experience building email templates and web assets.
• Strong graphic design ability, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and branding.
• Experience building and customizing websites in WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
• Experience designing print materials and presentations.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both team members and clients.
• A growth-oriented, proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Previous experience in the wealth management or financial industry is a bonus.

• Annual salary range: $45,000 – $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Employer-paid health insurance (up to $700/month).
• Unlimited PTO.
