Location: Remote (or in office Hybrid Toronto office depending on your location)
Hours: Regular hours are 8:30 am – 5 pm – we are flexible if you are interested in full time/ part time. Can be discussed.
Contract: 3 months with potential for extension.
Rate: $25/hour depending on experience + $10 bonus per meeting booked and attended by the clients

The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Your focus will be on cold calling, lead generation, and setting qualified meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 200 to 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients across targeted industries.
  • Secure 10 qualified meetings per week for the sales or account management team.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
  • Engage prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, representing the Aplin brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and refine outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrate patience and persistence, following up consistently to convert leads into opportunities.
