Cascade Home Center in Dallas, Oregon, is a locally owned and operated hardware store proudly serving our community with top-quality tools, supplies, and customer service. As we enter our busy summer season, we're looking for friendly, reliable team members to join us and help keep things running smoothly. This job is available from June through September.

We're seeking a seasonal part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers during our busiest months. If you enjoy helping people, staying active, and working in a hands-on environment, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Answer questions and provide product knowledge
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of tools and hardware is a plus
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends from June through September
