Role Description

Admin Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary including scheduling showings, updating the team calendar, supporting the team
  • Help manage listings before they come on the market by coordinating contractors, communicating with clients & the team, maintaining spreadsheets
  • Proofread email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Support the team in everyday office cleaning/maintenance

Personal Assistant to CEO responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a busy travel schedule including domestic and international itineraries
  • Book client and personal appointments / manage calender
  • Run errands (dry cleaning, grocery shopping, returns)
  • Meet vendors/ maintenance/ or contractors for CEO’s homes needs
  • Help keep track of bills and pay them as needed
  • Prepare thoughtful gifts or experiences for internal and external recipients on behalf of the CEO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing)
  • 1+ year of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have own car and laptop
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient with Apple, Microsoft Office and Google products

Bonus Qualifications

  • Real estate license
  • Real Estate background/interest

Pay:

  • $23-25 an hour
  • 40 hrs a week 9-5 pm
  • $150 monthly health stipend 
  • Cell phone bill paid monthly
  • 15 days of PTO
  • Gas reimbursement
