The Company is in search of a dynamic President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead its next phase of growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic direction in partnership with the CEO. This high-impact role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring departmental alignment, and driving performance to achieve maximum growth and profitability. The President/COO will lead a team of senior executives, translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining a strong market position, and leading the organization in sustainable growth.
