Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

A manufacturer in the northern Indianapolis region is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join their 1st shift team. This position involves assembling various components using a variety of tools and requires a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use pneumatic and hand tools, such as ratchets, torque guns, and putty knives, to assemble components.

• Read and interpret basic blueprints to accurately assemble products.

• Maintain cleanliness of work area following the 5S methodology.

• Stand and lift materials consistently throughout the shift.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints.

• Experience in mechanical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.

• Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
