Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Description
A manufacturer in the northern Indianapolis region is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join their 1st shift team. This position involves assembling various components using a variety of tools and requires a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
Regularly use pneumatic and hand tools, such as ratchets, torque guns, and putty knives, to assemble components.
Read and interpret basic blueprints to accurately assemble products.
Maintain cleanliness of work area following the 5S methodology.
Stand and lift materials consistently throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Experience in mechanical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.
Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
