Holly McMillin Insurance Group in Paris, Kentucky is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Remote Full-Time Sales Associate.

Our agency strives to be the leading agency in our community by educating our clients on the insurance process. We collaborate with our customers to protect their assets while also building relationships along the way. We use cutting edge technology to best serve our customers while always finding new opportunities to grow our business to be better.

Salary: Base pay is $30,000/a year with the opportunity to make an additional commission of $10,000-$20,000 a year based on experience.

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building clientele via cold-calling, warm leads , and obtaining referrals.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in networking with clients and obtaining referrals.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be developing insurance quotes.
• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to close sales to meet sales goals.

• A Property & Casualty license is required.
• Tech-savvy is a must!
• Goal-oriented, team player with professional office etiquette.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
